      So many random NPC’s T-Posing or characters with “blocks” on their head that morphs into hair after looking at them for a few seconds.

      If you're on PC you could try enabling the "slow hard drive mode" and see if that helps at all. But yeah this game was no where near ready, I saw a clip of the ps4 version running at 720p 15fps and then crashing on YouTube lol.
