This is it folks, the worst take. We can shut down now because it doesn't get more dumber.

"look at India, from Asian Africa with the help of money it has turned into a giant who breathes into the back of China."

I mean, the level of delusion, I say this as an Indian.

It is a well-known fucking fact that India has worse starvation that many sub-Saharan countries. While some of them are even worse-off, that's cuz they have literal civil wars going on and have frequent exploitation from foreign companies to this day.

Also, India in no way compares to China other than in the fact that both have more than a billion people, and have been places were civilization has existed and prospered for thousands of years.

I don't just blame our incompetent, capitalist governments. The primary reason is of course, the British. Before they arrived, the various Indian empires, primarily the Mughals but also others, amounted to 24% of the world's GDP that by 1950 had fallen down to 4%. China suffered similarly. This isn't to say India and China were better than everywhere else. No, this was proportional to the population, which is the way it should be.

China rose above the humiliation through its communist government, whereas India has lagged far behind. Africa has suffered a similar fate to India and China, and in many ways, is much worse of because their exploitation continues to this day. To call them tribal is the fucking height ignorance and Western chauvinism.

I'm most familiar with India's circumstance so I'm gonna lay out some facts and you can extrapolate them to every other colonized nation today. The British took, over 200 years, $45 trillion dollars and nearly 2 billion Indian deaths in that period were avoidable. The deaths account for not just direct genocide and mass starvation, but also enforced poverty for the sake of their imperialist agenda. If they'd left us alone, today the Indian regions cumulative GDP would have more than $300 trillion. In the India they'd taken over, one region alone, the Bengal Subah, had a higher GDP than the entirety of Western Europe. It also had higher wages and living standards than anywhere in Europe. And plundering this region alone contributed significantly to the Industrial Revolution in Britain, at the cost of heavy de-industrialization to Bengal. “The British left a society with 16 per cent literacy, a life expectancy of 27, practically no domestic industry and over 90 per cent living below what today we would call the poverty line”. The industries were reduced from 25% to fucking 2%.

Fucking is it any wonder than Britain is rich and India poor? China has been able to recreate some of its lost wealth, and it is nowhere close to done. The Western capitalists are already running around scared. They are not at all ready for when the world returns to the way it was for thousands of years.

I just wish Indians fucking realize that western capitalism is not the way so we can join China and help, truly help, our other South Asian and African brothers and sisters. We all suffered the same fate, and the only way we can rise, is together.

I'm just adding one source for the biggest claims. It's not written by an Indian and not published in an Indian newspaper or whatever so don't accuse that of bias or exaggeration (though of course, we shouldn't need to rely on western sources to confirm what goes on in the global south).

the modern neoliberal model for famine relief was based on Britain's colonial policy to stop "dependency", causing a famine genocide of 5 million Indians https://hexbear.net/post/55930
