To really get you in the right headspace it's 11 PM and there's a Google Home Mini playing What Is Love quietly in the corner

the PlayStation 1 shares the comp cable with the ps2 actually, thats a mistake. the playstation was free, the ps3 was free, the ps2 is from childhood, and the ps4 was the first console I bought new since the 360. I actually have two PS2s fat and slim, both from childhood but the fat's disk drive is a little odd. I've been meaning to find a hdd to load games onto.

Wii is using HDMI because a friend gave me an adapter and my tv only has one of the composite RCA inputs so the xbox, ps1/2, and n64 gotta share. It also has better picture that way.

There is also a gamecube that I don't plug in because the Wii is overall better and has an external HDD for any game I want. The gamecube just sits on a shelf looking cute.

Doesn't answer why you have a completely redundant console in your setup to begin with

Some people are gay retro enthusiasts, Turk.

        I've got a PSX, PS2, and PS3. X-box and X-box 360, for instance.

The 360 doesn't play all OG XBOX games (and some that it does have emulation issues) so that's understandable, but all PS generations can play PS1 games and the original fat PS3s can play PS2 too

Can PS3/PS4 actually play PS1 disks? or do I need to ask Sony if I can buy a 25 year old game again?

I really don't play the PS1 much but I have room on the setup so it makes my slight autism happy to see the sony consoles lined up nice.

I have like 2 PS1 games that are worth playing so I might as well just plug in the og occasionally for the experience.
