    Wow, that's embarrassing. I guess there's no way to keep peddling this shit in current year without showing their entire ass though.

    Even accepting the titular claim, it's still not bad. The worst possible thing that could happen is a total monopoly on imperialism which cannot be meaningfully opposed by a coherent entity like a nation or bloc of nations. If it were the US which acquired such a monopoly, we'd be absolutely fucked. Even domestically, the ruling class would have no reason not to max all of the dials it's used in unequal exchange abroad.
