This is a very propagandized view of communism -- e.g., "communism is when you don't get blue jeans or rock music." That's not really what communism was or is in practice (and this is setting aside what counts as "communism in practice"), and it also doesn't get at how a wealthy socialist state in 2030 might look different from a poor socialist state in 1930.
