From my conversations, it often just means Liberal capitalists - Bill Gates, George Soros, etc.
There are factions that are all-in on the Jewish conspiracy - Atomwaffen, Nick Fuentes "America First", etc. But for most people (in my experience), it stops at Liberal "globalism."
Do they still use "globalist" as a dogwhistle for "Jew"?
