If anyone posts anything other than this image, you're posting politics and you should be shunned from your community and banned from the entire planet.

This image contains nothing, except the text which helps explain that it contains nothing and also helps clarify that it is a meme, since a meme is defined as white text on an image. The image in this instance is the hex color for pure black, #000000 and is at least in computer terms the absence of anything. Since we're all reading this as posted on a computer on our computers, that's the frame of reference by which we can all agree the "absence of anything" should be measured by. There is no way to construe this as a political statement. None whatsoever. It is the only purely apolitical meme on Earth.

You thought you could slip antifa anarchist posting by me as 'apolitical'? Please

'An'archism. 'No'archism.' 'Arch'. 'Rules'. Norulesism is what you're talking about, bucko, and I'm sick of it on my Lenny. Same deal with Antifa - No Tifa. I think it's something political to do with a video game

Well, it still has to have some ones and zeroes to meet the qualifications of being a meme and following rule one of this comm, which is that all posts must be memes and follow a general meme setup. I think this meets the absolute minimum of this. In a more esoteric sense though the more pure apolitical meme would be to not post a meme at all.
