      Relentlessly disagreeing any time he brought up politics. Took years but I eventually wore him down. I reckon the pandemic probably helped him realise capital will always look out for itself

          Any time he said something vaguely tory I told him why it was wrong. Linked to sources I knew he would trust, even if they were lib shit. I talked about stuff I knew he couldn't justify, like Thatcher opposing Mandela, or the UK currently funding the genocide in Yemen. Just not giving him any room to move

          This did take years tbf
