i find that people pushing universalist pro working class agendas tend to end up being called class reductionists or bigoted etc, when the opposite is the intention, when the much abused term of “intersectionality” is itself meant to mend for particular difference and not segregate us more.

asad haider (shuja’s brother) has written a lot of great stuff on this topic. he has a book called “mistaken identity” which largely outlines some of the black radical tradition and its relation to multicultural politics and more recent expressions of wokeism. its very good. this article is a good prologue to a discussion though one would wish it was longer and had more conclusions. still, offered me a lot of clarity at one point. highly suggested!

Class reductionist is gonna be the new insult hurled leftwards by libs now that they're moving past brocialist and bernie bro. If you think libs calling everyone to the left of themselves a tankie is annoying, just wait until #classreductionist starts trending on Twitter.

It's too wordy of an insult. The libs are going to stick with calling everything the left of trump -including Hitler since a lot of them said they'd support him over trump - "tankies" or even better "redfash"
