      Domesticated sheep do not shed wool by themselves and the wool will accumulate until the animal die from the stress of the heat or the weight. Search up Shrek the sheep on google images.

        Yeah so maybe we should stop breeding these animals who live a life of pain and suffering instead of buying socks to continue it.

      My grandpa raises sheep, I've been helping out since I was like 4. They need to be sheared bc they do not shed. On top of that wool gets pretty gross. Basically if left unsheared they get a bunch of infections and maggots and overheat.
