we cannot ascertain that the twelve year old wasnt doing anything that warranted his immediate execution, because the video evidence that shows he was shot before the vehicle had managed to stop is unclear on his actions at the time he was shot, and so we are forced to drop the case. hands are tied. nothing to be done.
