haven't done much but a lot of dancing, and basic body weight exercises. Im still scared of the gym. also my new ultimate safe food is cauliflower, I eat it everyday, i do pan fry it but hey its better than french fries or most of my other safe foods. fiber is great yall. i want to loose weight for my wedding/ elopement.I feel hot, maybe just need to lose another 15 and ill be HOT HOT. only sad thing is im not loosing weight in my boobs so far, so im just sittin at a 45 bust (uhg) with a 35 waist (yay snatched waist) which is just a pain. any transfems want some boob?
the roasting is a good idea, much easier. ill try rice cauliflower at some point it just seems odd.
Roasted veggies rock. You can toss them in and just set a timer to check on them/toss them around while you work on another part of the meal.

how're you seasoning those bad boys btw, because if you don't add at least onion and garlic powder imo you should
oh I always use garlic and onion powder. sometimes i use just that and summac and salt and paprika. often I used buffalo sauce/ hot sauce. i have this herb infused oil thats amazing.
ricing the cauliflower is just a texture thing that makes it more similar to rice for a fried rice type thing but with cauliflower instead of rice
but you need a ricer for it (but you can also use it to rice potatoes and... maybe other things!)
Weirdly enough, riced cauliflower doesn't need a ricer. If you have a food processor, you can just pulse it with a standard blade until its all rice-y. You can also use the cheese grater attachment, or if you don't have a food processor, the big holes on a box grater also work great.
