I wish leftist conspiracy theories were wrong more often

So, r/neoliberal is ideologically diverse. There are neoconservatives there, neoliberals, progressives, and social democrats. I can't speak to the claims you're making about being naysayed for healthcare claims but it's a huge swathe of ideologies over there, and their stated position on climate change is pro-carbon-tax, pro-nuclear.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, in an ideal world the center parties would be social democrats and neoliberals.
