Mike Duncan's Revolutions, and Radio War Nerd are my two main ones.
I second Radio War Nerd. They make an effort to cover stuff from around the world. In particular, there's a guest host who has done several episodes on China that are very good.
Good ol Carl Zha. He does his own podcast regarding China and Asia called Silk and Steel. I've not listened to it myself, however.
