    Don't make resolutions, decide on a theme for the year, like healthier eating, more physical activity, whatever your hobby is, etc

    resolutions, hard set goals, are really hard to keep and can actually demotivate you from what I hear, and have experienced

    so for me, it's gonna be "be healthier than last year" so I'll be trying to do my best to do that :)
