    Usually feels that way to me too in recent years but 2020 was such an absolute waste that it feels like we just looped back to the beginning

      Yeah that's a big part of it. Started the year in a supervisor-ish position where I work, but ended up going back to my old position because the manager's expectations of me were ridiculous. Socially I was finally opening up to a few of my co-workers whom I'm good friends with, but after the pandemic hit we kind of just stopped talking because we all suck at staying in contact with each other. Had some issues within the family as well. And my job search went no where despite my best effort in years to actually get a new job. Just an al around sucky year and its still not looking all that up.
