I like the idea that creating a succdem murica will a) prevent socialism abroad from getting sabotaged and b) will help build class consciousness inside the US so that when the international socialism that didnt get sabotaged comes to america, the country will be receptive to it.

my current view is the opposite, unless murica goes socialist we are all fucked. socialism needs to spread from the empirical core out, i don't see the opposite happening.
