Was the last sub more or less transphobic than here? I remember seeing posts about how welcoming the old sub was towards trans people. I haven’t noticed any transphobic stuff here but I might be ignorant to it?

Edit: I’m just trying to be more aware of transphobia in general so anyone pointing out specific instances of it would be helpful.

I'm not trans, but I would wager that CTH had easily the highest proportion of trans users of any noteworthy sub that wasn't specifically an LGBT board.

Yeah I remember before we got shut down someone made a post saying the sub was the most trans friendly non lgbtq sub

Both are/were good, though I'm not trans myself. Transphobia was one of the few things that could actually get you banned on the old sub. A big part of it was also how awful normal Reddit is to trans people, even a lot of left-leaning subs don't give a shit. There were also a good amount of "x says trans rights" posts and such

I would never have noticed it back on the old sub because I was so new to the concepts, could have been pretty gross and I doubt I'd have noticed, but I'm curious about this too
