I think there's some exceptions, like if you got blocked for dunking on Neera Tanden by replying with one of her own quotes or something. But then again, twitter is her milieu, and getting upset about it is like sitting down at a poker table with Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu and getting worked up that your chips got wiped clean.
