Yeah, I figured, I don't think this is a proclamation of the developer's politics but just a lore book. In world building, you present varied viewpoints.
Man that sucks, been mostly playing because of the characters tbh. Wanna wish for Mona but only after I found out how poor she is and thought damn that's relatable. Like when she broke that seal and assumed she could live there for free but the landlord was just like I'll give a discount, like seriously you weren't even using that place for years. Felt for her.
Also Beidou and Ningguan cool because they both started as poor. Beidou won her crew with compassion and I remember Ningguan is hyped up as a self made mora-nare but I think her past was said she only made her fortune because she received a vision and started collecting other visions or something. Point being she got lucky and would not have been able to do it alone.

However the other town they have in the game now is anarcho synicalist. Ans they talk about an empire, and a plutarch.
Given the rest of the stuff I am comfortable with this just being a tone piece fitting the setting.
Hmm... I dunno. I think i haven't read enough theory. I have trouble mating our politics onto allegory when there are actual dragons the in the universe in question.
