No it isn't. That is literally how our government has worked for a while now. The President isn't some god king whose word is law, they are a puppet whose strings are pulled by the deep state and capitalist interests and it is in no way a subversion of power for them to yank him in their direction. Ffs Henry Kissinger had to practically rip the phone out of Nixon's hand to cancel a nuclear strike on North Korea. The jet ski dealership crew were at least trying to get an election thrown out, the President being a figurehead with no actual power is just how America is.

square me up here: how is it not an (attempted) coup to try to retain power for a person already in charge, setting competence aside? also, i can see the argument for preemptive removal from power being a coup, but i find it hard to call the slowass us transition of power a coup if it just gets sped up by literally only a week or two

they didn't intend to subvert it because they literally believed that the election was rigged/stolen lol. they want their bourgeois dictatorship, & believe it was already coup'd from them by the Deep State lol

so in their minds, they are preventing Biden's stolen election/ coup

you see where resorting to using this strong terminology in the MAGA chuds' case gets us into trouble
