Maybe it has already been discussed and agreed it's a bad idea, but i think it could be useful. Specially if it's not announced. (But i guess that would also cause a shitstorm).

its a problem and we've been discussing on how to limit newly created accounts internally. hopefully we resolve it soon
At some point, one would hope they realize there's better things they could be doing.
