I don't think Canada needs new domestic terror designations for this to go through. Pretty sure Canada's laws already include domestic organizations and people to the legal definition of terrorism. I could be wrong. But I remember looking into it when I found out about Americas dumb ass laws that split domestic (white) and foreign (brown) terrorism.
Either way, I totally expect to get both sided if they to go through with the PB designation.
