Listen, in an ideal world transphobes would be reported to your local party functionary and sent to mandatory re-education. But in the absence of true justice what else can there be but violence?
At the same time, I suppose I wouldn't personally recommend it. Like propaganda of the deed (by which I mean lone-wolf terrorism) you're exposing yourself and others to a lot of risk with very little reward at the end of it.
Also, it was probably a joke. Or a venting fantasy.

I'm not going to lie to you. I was hosting a party last week. And my boss showed up, uninvited. And, as a joke, they told me to "mop the floor" in a sort of faux bossy voice.
So I cut them up with a chainsaw. In front of all my guests. And everyone clapped and went back to enjoying the large vat of rigatoni I had prepared for them, now seasoned with boss chunks.
