Saw a video about the AOL you've got mail guy. He's 67 and driving for Uber for "some extra money". His wife worked for AOL back in the day, which is how he became the you've got mail guy. It's to the point that you can have a stable job at a large corporation, and still need gig work after retirement age. Not that anyone should need to work at that age, but if even a lifetime of having a "real" job doesn't guarantee retirement, what kind of a fucked up society is this?
