Pre-workout is a powdered energy drink with some nutrients like creatine, you're intended to drink it before a workout (hence the name) but it's cheaper than a similar quantity of red bulls or monster. It stains because it's often dyed and because of the sweetener/creatine mix. Sloppy dudes get the powder everywhere and it crusts up if some water ends up there or sweat.
Why don't they have like cots or sleeping bags or like a fucking tarp or at least put a towel down or something.
It's insane. They're just all directly on the fucking floor.
The cots the army has are super annoying to set up and filled with pre-workout stains and cum stains because soldiers are nasty.
