Did everyone forget that the same is has been happening to america, or do they only care about brown people when other people hurt them?
The problem with China is that there simply isn't enough Rule of Law. That's why we're all very cross with them. They need to do more laws and do a better job enforcing them. When you have enough law, eventually Human Rights just manifest spontaneously, and only then can there be sustainability.
