There will be up to 25,000 National Guard troops in Washington, DC, for President-elect Joe Biden's January 20 inauguration. Comparatively, as of January 15 there were roughly 2,500 US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq respectively (about 5,000 total).

even with corona Trump would have won if he had gotten a second stimulus check out instead of punting. he lost on October 5th when he listened to whoever told him to dangle checks as a reward for reelecting him, such a dumb guy move
I think Trump would have won, even with the Coronavirus, if he hadn't personally caught it. It kept him from campaigning during a critical time, and damaged his image in the minds of his followers as the big tough guy who pisses off the libs.
