I don't care what you think about China. This shit is stupid. We don't need war in the middle of a pandemic, even if it just ends up being a trade war. We'd lose that war. Call me a paranoid freak but this kind of shit terrifies me.
Yeah there's a reason I don't really watch "news" channels. The local ones are basically empire propaganda, plus an occasional puppy parade, plus "homelessness, let's talk about how much it's hurting small business nimby's who are the same people who have prevented new housing and shelters for them being built", and lately specials on "the covid crisis means many can't pay rent, let's talk to some land parasites about how this is hurting them", so basically infuriating. Oh also a side of "orange man is rude and therefore bad" which I suspect will shortly become "Biden-man not rude and therefore wholesome 100".
