Don't really have any resources for agitprop, but wheatpasting is good and always a fun time - stuff gets over everything - but it's sweet tasting.
Put some thought into it and maybe do something like calling out a local ghoul. Be sure to anonymously tell the news what you did so they can take pictures and handwring about how vandalism isn't political discourse and how it sets a bad precedent.
Some of the best times to do it are of course at like 2am or on early Sunday mornings, no one's ever out on a Sunday morning.
