Since my therapist has concluded that one of my recurring problems seems to be my utter inability to have fun doing anything, and feeling too guilty over what to do that counts as "fun" and thus not doing anything at all in the end, I have been advised to make a weekly schedule of pre-established "mandatory fun time" activities every day, so I will have no excuse to feel guilty or doubtful over my daily choice of "fun" entertainment. Theory being, that since I have pre-agreed with myself that on X day I will do Y activity, I won't feel bad about not doing Z instead.

I did as I had planned for today and I did not have fun.

This reminds me of that Weird Al Yankovic album Mandatory Fun. There must be something that you enjoy doing. Are you into gaming? Reading books? Watching good TV shows? I understand the feeling of guilt when doing something unproductive but that's just some capitalist brainwashing that we need to unlearn.
