            My theory is that small nips make breasts look larger. Or maybe people just think that they do. This seems to have become the standard some time in the late eighties, along with disappearing pubic hair. Browsing old Playboy archives is unironically very instructive

            The porn industry discriminates against breast types that fall outside of a fairly narrow range. Larger nipples are only every really acceptable if the woman is very busty.

            My theory is that 1. areola are roughly proportionate to boobs size, 2. so fake boobs will have smaller ones proportionately, 3. so porn now views small areola as attractive.
