Politicians say things they don't fucking believe or even mean all the time. They'll say they support you when they don't. They'll say they want you to do something when they don't. They'll say they want something when they don't. This applies as much to liberals saying they support BlackLivesMatter and MeToo as to Trump when he says the election was rigged and we have to "be strong when the time is upon us to save our country". They are literally banking upon nobody acting upon their fucking words, just internalizing the narrative they want to convey.
They are liars. They are enemies. They are only allies of convenience insofar as you can gain power over them, use them for your own purposes, and then discard them without hesitation when they cease to be useful.

No, what I meant by that statement is that candidates of the communist party who manage to enter bourgeois parliaments should only ever work with bourgeois politicians if they have power over those politicians, and can use them for communist purposes.
If you don't have power over them, they have power over you, and they're using you accordingly.
