This week is my deload week. I take one about every 8 weeks. I've been running about half as much and doing less intense workouts for half the reps. It's nice to take a break after going hard for a while.
Next week I'm adding weight to my dips and pull ups.
I have, for the first time in my life, managed to do one (1) pistol squat, on one (1) leg, and I only had to flail my arms wildly like a madman. My right leg is still weaker than my left for some reason.
Context: 5 years ago I weighed 285 pounds.
I've finally gotten back into my workout routine of three days of workouts, then a rest day, then repeat. Also starting to cut down on calories bit by bit.
Struggling to keep up momentum this week. I need to do more but my ADHD is stopping me starting any kind of exercise before I can even think about it. Someone bully me into lifting.
