Maybe the Catholic church has done the math and realized they'd fair better under socialism than a literal climate apocalypse. I mean genuinely though it's not like a global revolution would cause organized Christianity to just pop out of existence. The Catholic church has been doing this triangulation bullshit forever, they might just see the left as a better bet long term
