It's like a game where people have to take turns adding one or two words to a thing to make it worse.
The Seattle petty-bourgie libs who flood her replies and threads on literally every fucking article about her only validate her decision to continue to stay outside of the Democratic Party. Insufferable pricks, all of them. Even though my group had several criticisms of the direction she's taken since the Bern Turn, we still critically supported her re-election campaign in 2019, because she maintained an independent left status and I partly operate on the basis of spite against our shared bourgie and liberal enemies.
If anything she isn't confrontational enough against these motherfuckers, and arguably still too friendly with DSA Dem-entryists, though she was correct to endorse Hawkins last year. Despite efforts to occasionally work on a united front basis with fellow council members on specific issues (Fight for 15, Block the Bunker, etc.), they continue to stab her and the Seattle working class in the back. Recall the last minute betrayal of the Tax Amazon campaign by the other 8 council members- these absolute cowards went back on supporting it when Bezos applied pressure against them despite wholeheartedly supporting it, because they were too afraid to continue challenging him directly the way Kshama obviously had to, lest she risk getting recalled by her own comrades in SAlt.
Speaking of which, the fact that the libs are trying to recall Kshama even now is a sign that she still represents an at least perceived credible threat to local capital, despite her revisionism, despite her weaknesses. The opportunist progressive Dems and Dem-entryists, those backstabbers and cowards, don't face the same hostility because they don't represent an independent left-wing force, in fact as Dem-entryists they're precuperated by the Democrats' wealthy donors, including Bezos.
Kshama is facing a recall initiative. Show some solidarity you libs.
