the story here is that i am technically still under contract for a flat in london with two other mates but since none of us are british, we've all fucked off back home and are unlikely to return to the flat due to covid. it is also impossible to find other students to take over our contract again due to covid.

in talks with the landl*rd right now about breaking contract but if he doesn't agree what happens if all three of us just stopped paying rent and moved our shit out?

      hello, thanks for the advice! we have looked over the contract, but there aren't really clauses about our particular circumstance ie the pandemic and how it's affecting feasibility of finding a new tenant and idk if things are gonna get better tbh
