About S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly

The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.1 aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.

Players can choose from a variety of ways to play the mod. Play story mode with 4 chapters of interesting quests, sandbox mode if you prefer to make up your own story, or the combat intense warfare mode where factions fight for influence and control over different areas of the zone.

Anomaly is also highly customizable, play it the way you like and have the most fun. There are hundreds of settings that can be tweaked in the options menus and for more advanced changes, there are over 1000 addons for Anomaly that were created by other players to change the experience in more advanced ways.

Version 1.5.1 is a stand-alone and full repack. You don't need older Anomaly updates, you don't need to install it on other stalker games.

Do you use JSGME? It’s a mod manager so you don’t have to manually overwrite files in your game data folder

Call of Pripyat is one of my favourite games but I haven't messed with the mods too much. This sounds cool, especially the factions mode. What is the best mod if you want an improved experience for a second playthrough? Nothing too crazy, just vanilla but better.

For my Linux using comrades, Lutris has an installer for that was just updated for this (https://lutris.net/games/anomaly/) Just click to show the unpublished installers. Worked almost perfectly for me, if you mess with the settings in game it crashes every time but other then that its great.

Edit: Going to settings doesn't always crash the game, I was just getting unlucky.
