Break young males down into specific groups based on their relationship to sexual frustration, get them to label themselves based on this, build a culture around this, then use that to funnel them into fascist pipelines.
I suspect it also ties into some historical stuff? I'm sure there are some war strategists in history that have written about male sexual frustration being a functional tool of army building. Either way I think it works, idleness from lack of relationship, frustration, social ostracisation. The anger it generates is very easy to channel into a fashy military machine promising glory and status.
Most of them are in it for the money not to recruit fascists. Obviously they're all super reactionary but it seems to be more about exploiting people's reactionary instincts to bring them into this weird club rather than the other way around.
