So meanwhile in the Natohawkzone.

There was apparently a rupture in a pipeline. Experts immediately called it "clearly sabotage" and then went on to state that nobody else but Russia has a reason to do this.

After one sleep, it turns out it may well have been a ship anchor that has hit the pipeline, possibly by accident.

But that is not stopping the war mongering.

I wondered how they will justify bringing nato troops here, there has already been all sorts of collaboration between cops and such since we sold ourselves out to amerikkka.

It's wild. I hate it here now.

Maybe Russia jusy hates pipelines. Critical support to the radical ecoterrorist petrostate.

We are the only nation allowed to sabotage pipelines. This is a well known fact. Also we can spy on everyone everywhere.

    The discourse is evolving.

The media: "In communications about the incident, the Finnish government has refrained from directly calling what caused it as sabotage. On the other hand, there has been a good deal of speculation in the media about Russia's possible role."

I love it when the media writes about itself as it isn't actually the same entity that has said the things. The most objective spinning.

I also love how this sort of indicates that "everyone said so" = must be true.

I read the comments on Yle and someone there was calling for the destruction of St. Petersburg.

Reminds me of the articles written about Nord Stream that said it was Russia doing an attack on Swedish waters, funnily enough even Finnish media now says the Nord Stream culprit is "still unknown".

Yup it's curious isn't it. The Nordstream discourse has also been pushed to zero since it turned out it might not be just what the americanization people want to push it as. Now it is conveniently mentioned again.

I was a bit schocked to notice that the rabid war mongerers actually bother to comment on these international pieces as well now, typically they stick on the domestic news comment sections. But I suppose the motivation is there this time, the natohawks feel deeply vindicated and this just adds to it.

God forbit they understood that if this indeed is Russia (highly doubt it), this is just the good old consequenses of our own actions coming home to roost. Then again, that is what they always wanted.

The boomers who comment on there aren’t that discriminate, they’re willing to bless us with their uneducated opinion on anything.

Oh boy, had a look at the Finnish side of these news and they are going hard with the sabotage narrative, with red breaking news/CRISIS banners and everything.

The latest is "there were many different ships moving around in the area at the time and this could have also been Russian Double Deception!!!!" Aka they may have very visibly been there to cover up being there to do something shady???

    galaxy-brain

In the next sentence: "This may also have been because there was storm on the Baltic at the time."

They are also stating that an accident is the most unlikely scenario.

So it's getting wilder. Sadly this stuff is only in Finnish.

I've noticed that in the last couple of years the threshold for them using the CRISIS banners has become super low. In the summer, some skier in her 90s died and Yle had the black ”this is serious” banners up.
