So so you know? I'm on prozac now to supplement my meds so we'll see how that goes. I'm trying to get my mom into some treatment for her alcoholism and mental problems.
That's good to hear. The doctor in the psych ward said it should help with my OCD, I'm hoping it helps with my anxiety too. I got a phone appt. with my med doctor on the 23 of this month. I'm actually going to tell her literally everything that's wrong with me and start really working on my problems. But for right now I'm stable, I still have my depression and psychosis meds helping me through.
Its a pretty safe med in a low dose, and yeah, meds are just to establish a baseline and provide a jumping off point for you to really do the hard work on yourself.
The more depressed and dead of covid you are, the more free you are
Didn't see it happen but I was in the ER ward where someone died from covid on Wednesday. Very fucking cool!
How did it feel to be so close to freedom in action?
Soooo good. Nothing like detoxing off alcohol, feeling suicidal, then hearing the code blue or whatever for a dying patient. Neat!
How are you doing dude?

Prozac is good. make sure you're following up with your PCP
