The DPRK actually utilizes it's (relatively) large standing army to upbuild and maintain its society. Army members work construction, work farms, and receive political education. Also worth noting that the number of nations being invaded by the DPRK is zero. Imagine if the USA's army was directed to do work like this instead of doing imperialism?
