I wonder what happens to these ghouls’ brains when you tell them native Texans went for O’Rourke and transplants voted for Cruz in 2018. No but I deserve to not have power and water, cuz I’m from the bad states.

I’m not trying to generalize too much, but, most people that move to Texas are coming out of the “Inherited my parents home in [High COL state] and sold it and moved to Texas to buy a home for 1/5th of the price” demographic. It’s largely 30-something to 40-something year old people and they’re complete chuds 80% of the time. So that transplants voted for Cruz over native Texans does not even come close to surprising me, even if there are tons of native Texans that are completely gone to reactionary ideology.

Yah you’re right. I hate em. Californians trying to live out some libertarian cowboy fantasy

Yeah what’s more is I’ve found more “commiefornia” transplants who think they literally live in 1776 America than I’ve found Native Texans living that way, almost as if it’s just liberal projection or something 🤔

What’s sad is that the investment banks are doing that all on their own, and now no one can buy homes in the cities anymore, which as recent as 10 years ago, was a possibility for some working class families. Just recently I tried my hand at the housing market and gave up after 6 months of constantly being out bidded on by investment banks.
