At least Steyer and Colbert don't have completely ghoulish personalities and just come off like your girlfriend's centrist dad who accepted you almost immediately and invites you over to casually watch the game every Sunday. Steyer in particular is interesting because he seems like a guy whose heart really is in the right place, but whose perceptions of the world have been completely warped by capitalism and his financial success. Maybe I'm wrong there but that's just the vibe I get.

Colbert is a walking Tolkien encyclopedia. When they were filming lotr, colbert came on set and out trivia'd the resident Tolkien expert. Aside from politics, he'd be fun as shit to smoke with.
