It won't backfire unfortunately, the CIA constantly agitates all over the world. I'll give you my personal experience in my country (South Africa). Due to social media manipulation, the white farm murders talking point went from fringe to mainstream, which lead to the white supremacist VF+ political party going from 0.1% support to 5% support, and lead to the main opposition party losing 20% of its support to the VF+. If such a comparitively large destabilisation can be done by some CIA social media manipulation and Trump making a few off hand remarks about white South African farmers, imagine how many of these ops are being run globally.
