There some good advice in this thread, but definitely keep up with art and music.
Drawing is not too expensive to do often and get good at - just keep drawing. Consider some kind of design school, perhaps. Visual design is a career that is always in demand, and you don't have to go into advertising, if that's a concern.

You might want to look into technical drafting.
