it's kind of dumb but the gamification aspect of an app like this (maybe not this one, I think there's dozens because of the Innovation lol) has helped a friend of mine who has IBS and used to be really averse to pooping in public kind of be way more willing to drop a deuce while out and about instead of cutting plans short and heading home
