    Defence of Another is a legal defence pretty much everywhere, and no one’s about to bring charges on a dude waving around a weeablade to break up a domestic.

    I wouldn’t worry too much about the DV guy. If he’s headlocking women in public, it’s probably not the first time he’s been yelled at by a stranger. Besides, you have a sword. Who tf picks a fight with a sword guy.
