My left eye twitches like the lower eyelid and it’ll twitch for a few seconds then stop but it happens all throughout the day. Yesterday my right eye started acting up too for the first time. It’s been going on for 2 months now.

My assumption would be some sort of over abundance of neurological activity, a result of vaping 90% pure live resin THC daily with little to no breaks. Internet says I might have a tuma.

I get it when I drink way too much coffee and I'm also feeling especially stressed. When I was poor as shit working starbucks, it was basically all day for a while lol

Oh shit, I've had that happen! But I didn't pay any attention to it for some reason, despite being a hypochondriac. I wrote it off as "bodies just do weird shit sometimes". I'll have to think about it next time it happens.

Something similar happened to me once. I struggle with a lot of health-related anxiety and a few years ago I convinced myself I had some kind of brain damage because some muscles in my face/nose would keep twitching. I'm not sure what specifically convinced me otherwise but things got better for me, I stopped worrying about it, and it just went away.

This is just my experience and maybe you should see a doctor if you can but if it's causing you anxiety just keep in mind it's not necessarily always the worst possible thing and that anxiety could even be the cause of this symptom.

        I know the feeling :(

I basically feel like I'm dying constantly lol

If you aren't having any other symptoms it's probably just anxiety getting to you. Hope you feel better soon

I get this a lot and its usually interlinked with me having panick attacks and experiencing a lot of stress. But also that lines up with drinking 50 litres of coffee a minute so could be either hehe.

This isn't meant to be patronizing, but this is super common and I've been there, I feel it comrade

This is one thing that happens to me when I'm hella stressed. It's easy to say like "go find ways to be less stressed" but that's honestly a huge factor in tons of random health things so, do your best to take care of yourself and try to reduce stress.
