For real though, this shit sucks. It gets better with a diagnosis and meds (and coping strategies). But it still sucks.
Edit: As someone else pointed out, Dyspraxia could be in play. ADHD effects coordination and reaction timing, and can make me feel clumsy at times. But developmental coordination disorder can be bad enough that people with it can have problems just trying to tie their own shoes or get dressed, and that's orders of magnitude more debilitating than anything I've experienced.
Solidarity with anyone with Dyspraxia. While we're at it, solidarity with anyone who has any other type of neurodivergence, no matter how severe it is. And solidarity regardless if you've even gotten an official diagnosis or not. Also plugging /c/neurodiverse for people who don't know it exists.
